moveBudda has a college moving scholarship that is easy to apply too. If you’re a present college student it’s worth looking into simply because you won’t have to spend a whole lot of time on submitting it. moveBudda is a website which allows you to plan and book relocation services all online. Their mission is to “Make Moving Easier”. They do this with their website tools to help people relocate to another place with as less stress as possible.
moveBudda knows that many college students go out-of-state; or far away to attend college every year. They simply want to reduce the stress of moving for them. They can do it quick and easy too. Their website is easy to follow and it offers advice and good to know reading on the moving and relocating process which will help anyone who will be going through this.
The founder, Ryan Carrigan started movBudda when he had $90,000 in student loan debt. As moveBudda has grown and have become successful at what they do, they felt that it was a priory to help students get through college without amassing major debt. moveBudda Scholarship Guidelines
To enter into, and possibly receive the moveBudda scholarship, students must submit a 500-1000 word essay about their experience on when they moved to college. Submissions can be emailed to: scholarship@movebuddha.com. with no attachments in the email. Just put the full body of your essay in the body of the email.
The scholarship requirements are that students must be attending a (4) year, or (2) year college as an out-of-state student for springtime. Applicants can only be 2nd semester freshman, sophomores, juniors, seniors. Grad students are welcome to submit a story as well. Must have a 3.0 GPA, US citizen/permanent resident. Submissions no later than February 1st; winners selected by Feb. 28th.
Winners are selected based on writing quality & style, engaging and well written stories. A $1,000 monetary award will be given to use on college expenses. To read more go to moveBudda scholarship and apply.
RMHC U.S. SCHOLARSHIPS GRANTS
RMHC has many scholarships & grants to apply to and should be investigated into by all college students looking for financial help in help to pay for their tuition. RMHC creates programs that strengthen families during hard times. RMHC provides vital resources and many types of compassionate care to children & their families being served by leading hospitals worldwide. Their service area is in more than 63 countries. The vision is “a world where all children have access to medical care, and their families are supported and actively involved in their children’s care”.

The National Cartoonists Society Foundation Scholarships Grants
The NCSF has scholarships & grants which are called the Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship for Cartooning. The NCSF is the arm of the National Cartoonists Society, which is the world’s largest, most prestigious organization of professional cartoonists in the world. They offer needed financial aid and assist cartoonists and their families in times of need and hardship. They also provide support for other cartoon-related museums and libraries; as well as the Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library.
Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship for Cartooning
Applicants can go to: Jay Kennedy Memorial Scholarship for Cartooning to download the application. Along with that, (8) examples of original cartooning artwork must be submitted. Students must be attending (4) year colleges in Canada, Mexico or US, and must be a junior/senior status. December 15th is deadline. Applicants are judged by the NCSF.
The VMFA Visual Arts Fellowships has Scholarships Grants
The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Visual Arts is a state funded privately endowed educational institution established for the benefit of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Its has a purpose to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret art, to encourage the study of the arts, there-by to enriching the lives of all who see it.
VMFA is committed to supporting professional artists and their art, along with art history students who demonstrate exceptional creative ability in their chosen discipline. Almost $5.5 million has been awarded to Virginia’s artists since the program’s creation over 75 years ago.
Awards are offered to:
– Professional artists: $8000
– Full-time graduate students in the visual arts or art history: $6000
– Full-time undergrad students in the visual arts (including college-bound high school seniors): $4000
Applicants must be citizen or permanent residents of the USA as well as current legal residents of Virginia.
